A Distant Assistance Membership is for anyone that manages their own, or someone elses vacation rental but is not always here on the island to handle situations that would require them to physically go to the property.  

That's when you lean in on your membership benefits.

It is a simple service that removes the stress and provides peace of mind, like insurance...for the things that could happen, or in worse cases, already happened!  When a need arises, a situation occurs, or when something comes up, you simply call us at Between the Rentals, 7 days a week, and we will address the issue at hand, in person, that day or when applicable.  Simply request your task assistance via text or by calling during business hours (after hours available, add'l. costs apply).  It's that simple.  

We know it's hard being away from your property.

• Access to services at all times:  Mon thru Sat 8 am to 7 pm, Sun 11 am to 6 pm 
• Visit the property for emergencies that may arise and provide feedback, photos, etc.
• Package pick-ups from Post Office or Amazon hub and delivered to property
• Periodic "house checks" 
• Help with guest issues 
• Contractor let-ins and coordination assistance
• Storm/balcony preparations 
• Lightbulb replacements, battery replacements when requested
• Photos and reporting of wear & tear or inventory counts 
• Easy Communication and confirmation of completed requests
