Why not just pay separate contractors each time something comes up?  

If you require just two visits per month, you've already saved on service fees alone simply by having a monthly membership.  Most times a service fee can run up to $80 and not include the actual work or labor.

Why does BTR offer a membership and not accept one-up service requests? 

We feel that having Between the Rentals working for you as your on the ground "team" builds trust, and a knowing of your property that you cannot get from a one time hire.  It creates a sense of safety and reliability, enabling a relationship to grow with you, and your property.  As a Short Term Rental Management Company, we also have knowledge and experience with vendors on the island that we can confidently recommend should you need.  We respect the self-manager and the control you choose to have over your property and rentals.  We offer the Distant Assistant Membership to make it easier.

• Access via text or phone 7 days a week: Mon-Sat, 8:30 am to 6 pm, Sun 9-3
• In person feedback or photographs when  surprise problems arise
• Door lock / lockbox issues 
• Contractor access and let-in assistance
• Help with guests 
• Appliance delivery assistance
• Outdoor furniture and balcony storm preparations - weather permitting when schedule allows
• Lightbulb and battery replacements upon request
• Facilitate mail and package pick-ups from the Post Office or Amazon hub, ensuring delivery to the property.

Our fees are transparent and reasonable, equivalent to about one nights' stay during peek season.

* Annual Membership 

1 & 2 bedroom condos:    $189. per month

3 bedroom condos:          $225. per month

4 bedrooms and up:         $289. per month

* 6 months -  Peak Season Membership, April - September 

1 & 2 bedroom condos:   $225. per month 

3 bedroom condo:           $275. per month 

4 bedroom and up:          $325. per month

** Property managers joining us with multiple properties are substantially discounted, inquire within.
