Who can benefit from a Distant Assistance Membership?
Any person that rents out a property on Hilton Head and manages it from far away. It could be their own personal property, or someone else's they help manage or co-host. If you're not there to jump when you have to, that's where we come in.
What exactly is the Distant Assistance Program?
It is a simple solution to provide you peace of mind. We know it's hard being away from your property. Things happen, guest assistance is needed, or perhaps a delivery is necessary, like a new coffee pot, or blanket; whatever assistance you need - you call us.
How it works: Something comes up - and it will... you simply call us and we will address the issue at hand. Request our assistance via text or by calling, it's that easy.

What's included in the monthly membership?
- Access via text or phone 7 days a week: Mon-Sat, 9 am to 7 pm, and Sun 11-3
- Visits to your property for surprise situations, allowing you eyes and feedback, photographs, and other relevant information.
- We will facilitate mail and package pick-ups from the Post Office or Amazon hub, ensuring delivery to the property.
- Periodic "house checks" when needed
- Contractor access and let-in assistance
- Help with guest issues
- Appliance delivery assistance
- Outdoor furniture and balcony storm preparations
- Lightbulb and battery replacements upon request
- Includes 1 cleaning inspection per month
- If it's not listed, simply ask us
- Communication is streamlined for easy confirmation of completed tasks.
*Please note that additional fees may be incurred for services provided outside of regular business hours.
What is the monthly fee for membership?
One flat price per month. Our fees are transparent and reasonable, equivalent to about one nights' stay during peek season.
1 bedroom condo: $300 per month
2 bedroom condo: $325 per month
Single family homes 2 -4 bedroom: $375 per month
Single family homes 5 bedroom or more: $450 per month
