What exactly is the Distant Assistance Program?
It is a simple solution to provide you peace of mind. It's can be hard being away from your property when issues arise.
Possible scenarios:
Guest assistance is needed.
Perhaps a delivery is necessary.
The coffee pot stopped working, or there's a problem with the door lock.
Climate control issues, television issues;
…whatever assistance you need, you simply call us.
How it works: Request our assistance via text or by calling, and we will address the issue at hand. It's that easy.

What's included in the monthly membership?
- Access via text or phone 7 days a week: Mon-Sat, 9 am to 7 pm, and Sun 11-3
- Visits to your property for surprise situations, allowing you eyes and feedback, photographs, and other relevant information.
- We will facilitate mail and package pick-ups from the Post Office or Amazon hub, ensuring delivery to the property.
- Periodic "house checks" when needed
- Contractor access and let-in assistance
- Help with guest issues
- Appliance delivery assistance
- Outdoor furniture and balcony storm preparations
- Lightbulb and battery replacements upon request
- Includes 1 cleaning inspection per month upon request
- If it's not listed, simply ask us
- Communication is streamlined for easy confirmation of completed tasks.
*Please note that additional fees may be incurred for services provided outside of regular business hours.
What is the monthly fee for membership?
Our fees are transparent and reasonable, equivalent to about one nights' stay during peek season.
* 6 months - Peak Season Membership, April - September
1 & 2 bedroom condos: $225. per month
3 bedroom condo: $275. per month
4 bedroom and up: $325. per month
* Annual Membership
1 & 2 bedroom condos: $189. per month
3 bedroom condos: $225. per month
4 bedrooms and up: $289. per month
