A Distant Assistance Membership is for anyone that manages their own, or someone elses vacation rental but is not always here on the island to handle situations that would require them to physically go to the property.  

That's when you lean in on your membership benefits.

It is a simple service that removes the stress and provides peace of mind, like insurance...for the things that could happen, or in worse cases, already happened!  When the need arises, you simply call us and we will address the issue at hand. 

Request our assistance via text or by calling, it's that simple.  

We know it's hard being away from your property.

• Access to our services is available seven days a week. 
• Visits to the property for any arising situations, allowing for the provision of feedback, photographs, and other relevant information. 
• We facilitate package pick-ups from the Post Office or Amazon hub, ensuring delivery to the property. 
• Our services include contractor access and coordination support. 
• We also assist with storm and balcony preparations, as well as lightbulb and battery replacements upon request. 
• Communication is streamlined for easy confirmation of completed tasks.
