Where we are...
We’re so glad you're considering our place as your vacation destination. Nestled in the famous south end of Hilton Head Island in the desirable Golf Master section of Shipyard Plantation, this secure, 24/7 gated community offers serenity and tranquility. Let's start with private beach access. Come and see why Hilton head is famous for it's beaches and courses. The sand is within minutes by foot or by bike. The picturesque walking and biking paths, 3 stunning golf courses, tennis and pickleball wrapped in the low country's natural surroundings make it a wonderful place to relax and unwind. And it's all at your fingertips. Wildlife is abundant providing photo opportunities around every corner. There are on site restaurants, and it is also home to the Sonesta Resort where you may even get to witness a wedding on the gorgeous grounds, overlooking what we call "turtle lake". Hammocks, bridges, lakes, courts, pools - they are all here waiting for you. Close to everything the island has to offer, we are a quick 4 minute bike ride out of the resort to the famous Coligny Beach and shops. There is a mini golf course just outside the entrance on Hwy 278, and HH’s popular restaurants are just outside either of the resorts exits. The mornings are super special here, saying hello to the natural wildlife while you head towards the beach. You may even find Yoga on the beach some mornings, but EVERY morning hosts the most breathtaking sunrises, so set your alarm!

This villa is designed to feel like your easygoing home away from home—perfect for the whole family. All the bedrooms feature their own ensuite bathroom and private balcony, so everyone can enjoy a little extra comfort and personal space.
Convenience and comfort are well thought out here. There’s a laptop-friendly workspace, and you can stream your favorites with WiFi. The open layout kitchen into living room boasts an open island, an additional dining table, and a comfy couch big enough for everyone. The breeze pours in from the sliders to the balcony where you can swing and watch the birds and golfers go by. And when you’re ready to cool off, the communal GolfMaster pool is waiting for you, a short walk from the front door. And for added convenience, there’s an in-home washer and dryer—especially helpful with little ones and / or longer stays.

Things to Note:
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. One pass is included; a second can be arranged for $40 with at least 72 hours’ notice
• This is a two-story home, and stairs are required to access the bedrooms (no elevator)
• Pets are not permitted
• Washer and dryer are available in the home
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; checkout is at 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late checkout are not available between May and August
• Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans
• Bedding, towels, and a starter set of essentials are provided
